Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Supervisor to join our team at Https:/Www.Energyjobline.Com/Sitemap. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing all operations performed on our wells, ensuring that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all operations performed on our wells.
- Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.
- Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of his contract.
- Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to see that modern drilling practices are followed.
- Approve contractor's daily tour report.
- Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supt.
- Ensure that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects.
- Assuring that rig and personnel comply with our established safety standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
- Or completion of ITC: English, ERW, Math, MI with 13 years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.
- Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.

- Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing with years of service.
- Severance Package (2-year vest period) – year 2 to 5: 2 week's pay for each year of service.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay.
- Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical/Dental Plan – complimentary in-Kingdom medical care for employee and eligible family members.
- Settling in Allowance – one-time payment based on family status.
