Buscamos um profissional experimentado para assumir o papel de Desenvolvedor Logístico Sênior. Nessa função, você será responsável por planejar e controlar atividades logísticas complexas, como armazenagem, transporte, distribuição e roteirização.
- O candidato deve ter experiência em gerenciar KPIs logísticos (OTIF, lead time, nível de serviço, acuracidade de estoque, entre outros).
- Ao assumir essa função, você precisará atuar na definição e execução de estratégias para redução de custos e otimização de recursos logísticos.
O ideal é que o candidato tenha Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas, além de vivência em áreas de planejamento, logística ou transporte.
- Pós-graduação ou MBA na área será considerado um diferencial.
- Interagir com áreas como Suprimentos, Comercial, Produção e Financeiro para garantir integração e eficiência nas operações.
- Auditores devem ser capazes de propor soluções para mitigar riscos operacionais e financeiros.
- Apoiar e orientar analistas juniores e plenos, atuando como referência técnica na área.
Por meio de projetos de melhoria contínua e automação de processos, contribuirá para a modernização da nossa infraestrutura de gestão.
Aprender sobre tendências, tecnologias e boas práticas para atender às necessidades dos negócios e melhorar a eficiência dos sistemas.
Melhorar a capacidade de fornecer informações precisas e completas aos stakeholders através do desenvolvimento de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais.
