Advanced Welding Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Advanced Welding Specialist. As a key member of our global network, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of energy through advanced tubular products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing process control systems
• Upgrading technology
• Optimizing processes
• Ensuring KPI compliance
• Qualifying welding procedures
• Managing welding processes, products, and quality across the full production cycle
• Training people
• Contacting external clients for technical discussions

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Welding, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering
• Welding techniques and NDT levels
• Desirable: Master's degree in Welding
• Advanced/upper-intermediate English language skills
• Up to 3 years of industrial experience in welding processes and plants
• Knowledge of welded pipes (ERW and/or LSAW/SSAW)
• Familiarity with welding codes (ASME VIII, ASME IX, API 1104, ASME B31) and international pipe-related standards (API 5L, API 5CT, DNV)
• Understanding of welding procedure specifications and qualification, heat treatment processes, and steelmaking and rolling
• Data analytics skills
• CAD and 3D software management
• Will to travel
