Our institution is seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join its team for a fixed-term opportunity.

This role plays a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, executive, and complex roles that are critical to the university's success. As a TA Business Partner, you will lead headhunting efforts, develop talent mapping strategies, and build strong talent pipelines within the academic and professional sectors.

You will be responsible for leading the sourcing, selection, and negotiation processes for key roles that drive the institution's strategic goals. You will partner closely with internal clients, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to anticipate and plan future hiring needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through networking, attending industry events, and fostering partnerships with academic institutions
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
  • Mentor and support junior TA team members, sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes aligned with the institution's values

About You:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of professionalism
