As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in driving the success of our software development projects.

You will lead and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and track work, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality.

With strong experience in NodeJS and React/Stencil, you will design, develop, debug, and deploy software solutions that are scalable, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.

As a leader, you will mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and motivate others to excel in their roles. You will balance the assigning of user stories through prioritization and consideration of the technical interests of each developer on the team.

Skills:

  • Strong Experience in NodeJS and React/Stencil">
  • Ability to write clean code passing sonar quality gate">
  • Experience in writing JUNITs for coverage">
  • Good understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD process">
  • Advanced English language skills">
  • Strong backend development experience, preferably with NodeJS">
  • Knowledge of best practices around software development, SDLC, unit testing">
