We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Diebold Nixdorf SL. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in translating client requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Architecture: Translate customer problems into detailed technical architecture and interfaces.
- Custom Software Development: Develop custom software solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Solution Definition: Create solution descriptions, working closely with Sales, Service Owner, Product Management, and other support functions.
- Technical Workshops: Conduct technical workshops, present technical solutions/use cases, and perform training and consulting services with customers.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and key account partners during the solution definition and project execution phase, building strong customer relationships and trust.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing, providing improvement suggestions internally.
- Process Management: Proactively manage internal and external processes and interfaces to define and configure products and solutions to customer requirements.
- Innovation: Adopt an innovation-focused approach when working on projects that aim to guarantee IPs (when feasible).
- Education: Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience with service software solutions in the B2B3 segment, working directly with customers on technical requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in R&D, IT, and/or related engineering fields, as well as knowledge of IT, cloud technologies, and security information systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of mobile networks, authentication platforms, secure domains, data generation, TSM, and OEMs, as well as service and solution sales.
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English.
- Soft Skills: Initiative and motivation for self-learning and improvement, organized, quality-conscious, able to work accurately under pressure, strong business mindset and customer focus, analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, and strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
