Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced level Python programming skills
- Passion for growing people and demonstrated track record
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring developers
- Organized with a focus on timely, high-quality software delivery
- Agile development environment experience
- In-depth understanding of modern infrastructure
- Continuous learning drive
- Operations and software development experience
- Cloud computing concepts and technologies knowledge
- Practical Linux and networking expertise
- Software automation hands-on experience
- Comfortable with cloud terminology
