**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Warranty Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty services, including planning and execution of activities, resource deployment, and customer interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute warranty services, including resource deployment and logistics management.
  • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business metrics.
  • Develop long-range forecasts for region resource needs and execute short- and long-range resource plans.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and use prior experience and acquired expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • Work closely with Warranty supervisors and Global teams to ensure resources coordination, meeting final customer expectations, and planning targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Engineering, Business Management, or similar graduation).
  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Established project management skills.
  • Organized and objective mindset in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Experience working with multifunctional teams.

Desirable Characteristics:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with limited resources availability.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
