Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Chemistry Specialist to evaluate complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria for AI models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Biology and the ability to develop references and examples of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various topics in Chemistry.
- Evaluate qualification tests of experts to assess their competency.
- Provide support in Discord chats by addressing project-related questions from other experts.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, ensuring they align with project guidelines.
- Master's or PhD Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- Advanced level of English (C1) or above.
- Experience in writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts.
- Experience in teaching, lecturing, or consulting in the domain.
- Ability to learn new methods and adapt to changing guidelines.
