We are seeking a seasoned Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our growth-stage startup, you will work alongside our founders, shaping the vision and products that will define the future of industrial tech.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and project management, with experience working with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions to complex problems.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing technical proposals, managing the implementation process, and overseeing the go-live phase. You will work closely with our Sales team to develop and implement features that add value to our solutions, as well as provide post-implementation technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and adjust technical proposals developed by the Sales team
  • Manage the implementation schedule and ensure timely completion of stages
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their demands and translate them into viable technical solutions
  • Work closely with the Data Science, Hardware, and Platform teams to develop and implement features
  • Provide post-implementation technical support

Requirements:

  • +5 Years of Industrial Experience, preferably with a background in Industrial Automation and Project Management
  • Familiarity with handling and programming various PLC brands (Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi)
  • Experience with SCADA, DCS, or other supervisory and control systems
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profibus, or OPC UA for sensor and controller integration
  • Ability to work with measurement and control systems for electrical and mechanical variables
