Lead and Execute Complex Projects

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and PMP certification.

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects to the highest quality standards.

You will also manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on application/software development, own and facilitate project status meetings, adjusting project targets and schedules as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on application/software development.
  • Own and facilitate project status meetings, adjusting project targets and schedules as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile (Scrum) environment, with a strong focus on application/software development.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with geospatial technologies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
