Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

Volkswagen Group Services South America is seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities to create better user experiences and ensure that the end-to-end journey with our products meets the desired outcomes;
  • Clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, preparing and presenting drafts to internal and external teams and stakeholders;
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams and actively partner with all relevant parties;
  • Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems, such as responsiveness;
  • Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps;
  • Design UI elements, mockups, and prototypes after gathering and evaluating user requirements in close collaboration with product managers, product owners, and engineers;
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and carry out activities to analyze and predict user behavior;
  • Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, searching for innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience;
  • Several years of working experience in UX/UI projects with cross-functional team members;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable job expertise;
  • Previous experience working in UX/UI projects;
  • Experience in vehicle-related development processes (connected solutions) is an advantage;
  • Customer-centric mindset;
  • Experience in agile working methods (preferably);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Highly structured, analytical, and team-oriented working style.

Additional Information:

Hiring CLT, hybrid format, with the need for presence in our office in Morumbi, São Paulo/SP, 2 or 3 times a week.
