Job Overview

A Strategic Technology Leader is needed to drive the development of enterprise architecture and IT capability improvement roadmap, prioritizing resiliency, compliance, and technology costs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing multi-year multi-domain technology roadmaps aligned to business needs and corporate strategy
  • Driving technology lifecycle management, including standardization and cost optimization
  • Guiding AI strategy implementation for end-users and developers of LLM-based applications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of experience in leading large, complex product engineering functions, including E-Commerce, and a proven track record of managing technology diversity, standardization, and simplification.

They will also be familiar with designing LLM-based applications and have experience guiding compliance with SOX and PCI-DSS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to communicate complex architecture topics to technical and non-technical audiences at various levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief/Principal Architect in a large, global organization
  • Strong leadership and technical expertise in enterprise architecture and IT service delivery
  • Experience in managing technology infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
