We are seeking a highly skilled procurement expert to join our organization in Fortaleza, Brazil.

• Analyze public notices to identify strategic opportunities and potential for growth.
• Coordinate the preparation of commercial and technical proposals to increase success rates in bids.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and bidding regulations to minimize risks.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor the execution of awarded projects to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement performance indicators to monitor bidding effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop strategies to improve bid management and empower the team to succeed.

1. Knowledge of public legislation and laws governing procurement processes in both public and private sectors.
2. Proficiency in bidding processes, proposal preparation, auctions, negotiation, and contract adhesion in records.
3. Understanding of government purchasing legislation and administrative contracts.
4. Skills in analyzing notices and preparing proposals to meet client needs.
5. Negotiation and contract management abilities to build strong relationships.
6. Complete higher education in Administration, Law, or related fields.
7. Analytical, strategic profile with results-oriented mindset.
