Logistics Expert

This is a leadership role within our global logistics operations. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing stock, forecasting and supply of imagery equipment, as well as coordinating global equipment delivery and return.

  • Manage inventory levels, forecasting and supply chain optimization
  • Coordinate global logistics operations including equipment delivery and return
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from shipment to packaging and legal clearance
  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and coordinate with trade compliance and 3PLs
  • Conduct or supervise warehouse inventory counts and optimize inventory movement procedures
  • Manage internal stakeholders and client communications
  • Support team members with needed resources and training

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, vendor or warehouse management
  • 2+ years of domain experience in hardware operations
  • Proficient in SAP ERP and proficient with spreadsheets, stock management, forecasting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead teams and manage administrative tasks
