We're seeking a skilled professional to manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate employment offers and document work using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Participate in new recruiting efforts and suggest innovative solutions to hire top talent.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with high-volume hiring and HR activities.
- Knowledge of labor law regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Recruitment experience in eCommerce, web content management, web development, UX/UI, and related internet technologies is a plus.
