Job Overview
As a key member of Continental's team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and coordination of Marketing Systems that drive growth and efficiency for our America's business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage independent projects to deliver Marketing Systems that meet business objectives.
- Lead the definition and implementation of Organizational Process Definition and Change Management to ensure successful system development.
- Provide regional leadership to eCommerce Sounding Board and Specialty Teams, steering and supporting the development of innovative solutions.
- Evaluate performance metrics for responsible applications.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Have professional experience in eBusiness, Marketing, or IT Application Key User.
- Proven experience in Multi-Project Management and leading Cross-Functional Project Teams.
- Expertise in Change Management, Training, and Customer Interaction.
- Advanced Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
