This role involves leading a team of creatives to develop innovative design concepts and strategies that align with the company's content strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, designing creative proposals, and ensuring proper implementation of workflows to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing design concepts and strategies for local original content
- Managing a team of producers and designers to create 360-degree umbrella concepts
- Ensuring efficient and effective translation of concepts into graphic and audiovisual implementations
- Leading the team in achieving delivery deadlines and fostering synergies with stakeholders
- Building relationships with communication and production teams to ensure successful asset development and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of graphic and audiovisual production and post-production processes
- Knowledge in marketing and communication
