Lead Software Engineering Expert

Job Description:

  • Collaborate effectively with Technical Product Owners to deliver high-priority projects.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams by attracting, hiring, retaining, and coaching top talent.
  • Grow the team and guide career development, focusing on both technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide systematic performance feedback and own cloud services from end to end.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field.
  • Outstanding professional software engineering experience managing engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end solutions from design through delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of Go, Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, and other modern programming languages.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technical product owners and teams.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, open-source technologies, and frameworks.
