Job Summary

This is a senior accounts payable coordinator position that involves managing vendor invoice processing, payment posting, and AP mailbox oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, ERP proficiency, and 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight and maintenance of the AP mailbox to ensure timely email responses to internal and external inquiries.
  • Accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing.
  • Leading the posting of payments in the ERP system/payment processing.
  • Cross-functional coordination with finance teams to troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Regular review of vendor statements for alignment with vendors.
  • Training support for team members.
  • Daily review and submission of invoices to ensure timely posting of AP transactions.
  • Monthly 1099 Maintenance Reconciliation | Issuance of 1099 forms to vendors.
  • Audit support & file management.
Qualifications And Job Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field OR;
  • +5 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills with Pivot table and VLOOKUP (highly desired).
  • Proven experience and proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems/programs, multitasking on multiple applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Strategic Priority Setting.
