About the Role

As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for defining and developing products that meet quality, cost, and timing targets. You will work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical convergence and feasibility of product design and manufacturing.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage program files in Product Data Management (PDM) and follow Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and Program Management System (PMS) guidelines">

Your Profile and Competencies

You will need:

• A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering">
• Fluent English">
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in development banking">
• Project management skills, ideally using the PMS system">
• Strong leadership and communication skills">
• Availability for travel">
