Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee logistics operations, ensuring seamless management of shipments from preparation to delivery.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare shipping documents, update shipment status reports, and communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
• Schedule and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, guaranteeing timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipment-related issues or delays, maintaining smooth operations.
• Analyze shipping performance to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock, fulfilling orders, and updating internal databases.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• C1 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ideal candidate will have experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and experience working with freight forwarders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
