As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your goal will be to qualify, register and manage inquiries. You will support GCC agents with order entry and quotations and also support the GCC Manager with project-related tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Answer the telephone and redirect phone calls within the organization
  • Check and direct Leads with the Sales CRM system
  • Issue simple quotations according to Sales Engineers instructions
  • Sending order confirmations to the customers
  • Order Processing
  • Manage Orders in portals
  • Onboard and maintain internal and external customer accounts

**Professional Qualifications and Personal Skills:**

  • Strong Advanced communication skills in English - oral and written
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.) - preferred
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Driven by customer satisfaction
  • A robust personality and the ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
  • Strong attention to detail a must
