Job Title:
Digital Designer

About the Role:
The Digital Designer will be a creative and technical professional to design interactive, attractive and intuitive interfaces. This role reports to the Design Lead and involves close collaboration with Creative, Content, Technology and Digital Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide digital campaign pieces and key visuals for global clients.
- Implement design thinking methodologies in projects and solve day-to-day problems.
- Participate in design discussions and provide feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
- Iterate new designs based on user feedback.
- Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
- Create digital assets (static and/or motion) for various platforms.
- Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
- Research industry trends to present timely digital innovation ideas.

Requirements:
- Experience working with digital design and proficiency in main market tools such as AE, AI, AXD, Indesign, Photoshop, Figma, PPT, Keynote.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Mastery of design principles, visual design, and user-centered design.
- Proven digital content skills and experience working directly with developers to implement designs.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML.
