Job Description

As an intern, you'll play a key role in helping customers efficiently implement and operate their SAP solutions by providing state-of-the-art support services.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Analysing and resolving reported incidents using knowledge databases or customising entries;
  • Root Cause Analysis of incidents;
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge documentation;
  • Participating in global projects around support processes and infrastructure requirements;
  • Reporting errors to Development;
  • Providing consulting on procedural issues and queries;
  • Queue screening and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You should enjoy working on innovative projects, be energized by lifelong learning, and possess good communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include undergraduate studies in Information Technology or related areas, knowledge of Manufacturing, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
