Job Title: Delivery Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

Our team is seeking a skilled Delivery Optimization Specialist to join our Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing real-time dispatch strategies to drive key delivery metrics such as order completion rate and ETA. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of rider dispatch performance and continuously improve fulfillment KPIs.
  • Design and optimize dispatch logic for various scenarios, including slow food prep, order bundling, and peak-hour congestion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to align strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, strategy, or dispatch optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Solid business sense and the ability to balance efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
