Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional with a background in Healthcare Informatics to join our team as a Technical Solutions Architect.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This will involve working closely with our business development team to understand customer requirements and developing tailored solutions to address their needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare informatics and medical imaging technologies, as well as excellent technical and integration skills. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work closely with business development team to understand customer requirements
  • Develop tailored solutions to address customer needs
  • Provide technical expertise during sales process
  • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, prototypes, and other pre-sales assets
  • Contribute to sales proposals, RFP, and Tender processes
  • Travel to prospects and clients to lead technical design process discussions and present architected solutions
  • Maintain positive relationships with customer organisations and contacts
  • Liaise with product teams and product owners to provide market feedback and inputs
  • Maintain accurate opportunity information within Salesforce Sales Cloud

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging technologies
  • Excellent technical and integration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Ability to operate independently and lead client interactions at departmental level
