Job Summary

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Celergo team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation tools that enable the efficient delivery and reliable operations of ADP's Multi-National Country (MNC) products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement infrastructure and automation tools to support the efficient delivery and reliable operations of ADP's MNC products.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to understand product development standards and recommend changes to improve product stability.
  • Build software to improve DevOps, ITOps, and support processes, including infrastructure as code, platform as a service, and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Perform safe and reliable deployments of software artifacts into various systems, from development to production.
  • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • Scale systems sustainably through automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
  • Analyze system problems, including root cause determination, and manage recovery processes to ensure quick restoration of service without data loss.
  • Work with other SRE teams across ADP to improve operations and collaboration, enabling cross-team efficiencies.
  • Migrate products from data centers to the cloud (AWS) and cloud-native DevOps.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems, particularly in data centers and the cloud.
Requirements
  • Experience working under Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Deep knowledge of version control, DevOps processes, and tools that enable MicroService development.
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD implementation, and cloud-native applications (AWS).
  • Experience in infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Groovy, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Windows technologies, Networking, and Security knowledge.
  • Unix/Linux platform.
  • Use of monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, Dynatrace.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • MS SQL Server and MongoDB experience a plus.
