Technical Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that requires expertise in the mining industry, particularly in open-pit operations and economic evaluations.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with a proven track record of providing technical advisory and contributing to business development. They will be responsible for delivering value through analytical thinking, clear communication, and collaborative leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Economic evaluation at conceptual, pre-feasibility, and feasibility levels
  • Pit optimization, mine design, and strategic mine planning
  • Business development and investment support, including M&A technical input
  • Advisory for project audits, technical reviews, and due diligence
Requirements
  • Experienced Mining Engineer (or equivalent) with over 15 years in the mining industry
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with extensive experience in international and multicultural environments
  • Proficiency in mining software: Whittle, Surpac, MineSched, MineSight
  • Ni 43-101 and JORC Code technical report preparation
