Position Overview

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of quality processes and fostering a culture of excellence within projects and proposals. Your focus will be on prevention, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for deviations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements, including regulatory, legal, contractual, and corporate standards. You will strive for continuous improvement, aiming for the success and satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion quality assurance in assigned projects;
  • Engage with both internal and external clients;
  • Conduct internal training sessions;
  • Perform quality audits and inspections;
  • Carry out operational visits to manufacturing facilities;
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics;
  • Address non-conformities effectively;
  • Investigate quality-related incidents;
  • Execute other relevant activities within the quality domain.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An engineering degree with an active professional certification;
  • Significant experience in quality management;
  • Experience in the subsea sector, particularly with flexible and accessory projects;
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and Lean methodologies, as well as root cause analysis;
  • Proficiency in office software, with knowledge of Power BI and Intelex being advantageous;
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
