The position of Clinical Services Supervisor (CSS) at our healthcare organization is a critical role that requires strong clinical and leadership skills.

Oversee the daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow

Collaborate with health center manager to manage productivity goals and maintain high patient satisfaction

Directly supervise licensed nursing staff and indirect supervision of medical assistants

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Coordinate and participate in staff meetings and ongoing nursing review meetings

">Requirements:

Current RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing required

Minimum two years of recent experience in ambulatory care preferred

Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines

Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

">Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g. pediatrics, gerontology)

Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology
