To drive customer retention and growth, we are seeking a skilled Retention Marketing Manager to develop and execute retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include utilizing data analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences, partnering with internal and external resources to develop and execute retention marketing campaigns, and conceptualizing and initiating campaigns to engage customers and extend their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid understanding of marketing principles and analytics, a dynamic and critical thinker who can manage projects and details on time and on budget, and a passion for customer satisfaction and creative problem-solving.
