Chief Student Recruitment Officer

About the Role:

The Director of Enrollment Services is a high-level position responsible for overseeing and implementing enrollment strategies that align with the university's mission and market trends. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to execute innovative recruitment and admission practices, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment plans that drive student recruitment and retention.
• Provide strategic leadership in the use of technology tools supporting recruitment and admission practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective admission strategies and leverage best practices in enrollment management.
• Develop and manage communication campaigns to enhance student recruitment.
• Analyze marketing and admissions data to determine and analyze student recruitment trends and increase student enrollment.
• Develop training programs for admission operational staff members to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations related to admissions and enrollment.

Educational Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related area field is required.

Minimum Experience:

• A record of demonstrated ability of 5-7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field within higher education.
• Excellent computer systems skills, including web research fluency and the ability to learn and manage various information system technologies.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
