Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the latest Oracle Retail versions, preferably on cloud versions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive E2E solutions from a functional perspective
  • Ensuring solution consistency and alignment with the overall Enterprise Architecture
  • Collaborating with project teams to provide guidance on solutions and procedures to address future state business requirements
  • Reviewing the potential need for bespoke development within the relevant product footprint
  • Assisting in the development of a comprehensive implementation plan

Desirable Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM)
  • At least 8 years of experience with Oracle Retail versions, preferably on cloud versions
  • Functional and technical knowledge of one or more of the following Merchandising modules: RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM
  • Experience translating business requirements to solution design
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including developing trusted relationships, team-working, sharing ideas, and knowledge
  • Ability to identify and proactively solve problems
  • Demonstrated time management skills

Language and Communication Skills

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate to system implementation is essential.
