Drive Innovation in Product Line Scheduling and Competency
">- Develop a strong understanding of resource management, logistics, and service delivery to meet customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Design and implement long-range forecasts for personnel and training needs to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead the scheduling and planning process in alignment with operational goals and objectives.
- Provide regular career development discussions with employees to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and create personalized growth plans.
- Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career advancement within the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
">- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in drilling services and field operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish knowledge a plus.
