Job Opportunity

A challenging role is available for a Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience completing complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership returns.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, as well as CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong sales and marketing skills to generate business growth and increase client retention.

Candidates must complete continuing education requirements and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email.
  • Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
  • Generate business growth and increase client retention.
  • Provide clients with IRS support.
  • Mentor and support teammates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
  • Experience with tax planning and audit support.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience.
