Key Role:

As a Business Technology Sr Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and craft a portfolio of high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically support and deliver technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead all aspects of the delivery of the portfolio under your responsibility, removing impediments to delivery.
  • Directly collaborate with customers to enable and support strategic programs.
  • Accountable for the lifecycle support of technical solutions in production.
  • Improve a culture of accountability, with end-to-end ownership.
  • Champion a culture of agility, teamwork, and steadfast improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • MBA or master's in Technology Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong Business Partnership experience.
  • Ability to tackle sophisticated business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively.
  • Good planning, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Precise handling of IT portfolio, including resource leveling, budget management, and delivery to timelines.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and influence others at all levels within the organization.
  • Superior facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes.
  • Strong doer with the ability to optimally navigate, change and drive success across both direct and hierarchical situations.
  • Exceptional organization, planning and prioritization skills; superb interpersonal communication skills.
  • Shown experience with Agile methodology in project management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading regional projects.
  • Technical capabilities including CRM solutions, Digital engagement platforms, Omnichannel, Automation, Healthcare Technology Innovation, Data Science, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.

Other Requirements:
  • Fluent English oral and written.
  • Fluent Spanish oral and written is a plus.
  • Travel requirements: 10% within LATAM.
