This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide vision, strategy, and roadmaps for systems, data, and technology needs across Brazil. You will align product initiatives with business goals and ensure that development efforts deliver measurable value.
As a key liaison between Brazil and Americas Product teams, you will advocate for enterprise technology needs and ensure Brazil's systems and processes align with broader regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide vision, strategy, and roadmaps for systems, data, and technology needs across Brazil.
- Align product initiatives with business goals and ensure that development efforts deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with Brazil Product and Service teams and Brazil Leadership to drive strategic alignment and execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between Brazil and Americas Product & Service teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to define, maintain, and communicate strategic product roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable development plans.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource availability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business needs, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend scalable, value-driven solutions.
