Job Description

We are seeking a visionary financial leader to architect our next-generation financial infrastructure using cutting-edge AI technologies. This is an opportunity to transform elite financial expertise into a sophisticated, autonomous system that can drive a billion-dollar education enterprise without manual interventions.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial systems, architecture, and operations, as well as experience with enterprise-grade ERP systems, particularly NetSuite or SAP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing generative AI tools in professional financial contexts and navigating complex audits from the client side.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable financial reporting frameworks, eliminating manual processes, and creating intelligent automations that replace error-prone human tasks within NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial platforms. They will also oversee the development of frictionless systems for mission-critical operations, including tuition collection, ESA reimbursements, tax documentation, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a self-sustaining, AI-powered financial ecosystem capable of autonomously supporting multiple billion-dollar education ventures with zero human intervention requirements.
  • Leverage cutting-edge LLM technologies to create intelligent automations that replace error-prone human tasks within NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial platforms.
  • Develop scalable financial reporting frameworks that maintain perfect compliance while supporting multiple education business verticals.
Requirements:
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Proven financial leadership experience within organizations exceeding $100M in revenue
  • Either extensive experience (5+ years) as an auditor at a top 10 global firm, or have successfully navigated at least 5 audits from the client side
  • Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise-grade ERP systems, particularly NetSuite or SAP
  • Practical experience implementing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in professional financial contexts
