Field Video Infrastructure Specialist

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Field Video Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining video infrastructure solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and implement video infrastructure solutions using IP networks, Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS, and other technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, servers, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and upgrade existing video infrastructure systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new video infrastructure solutions.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing video infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with fiber optic installations and structured cabling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentation).
• Certifications in ITIL, Azure, or equivalent desirable.
• Familiarity with Compass, Vigilant, Avigilon, Pelco, and/or Indigo software platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing video infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with video management systems, surveillance systems, and access control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
