Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to join their team in Southeast FL.

Leadership Role: The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities: This role involves ensuring safety and precision for the future of mobility by overseeing the repair and calibration of advanced vehicle sensor technology.

Company Overview: Our client has been rapidly growing since inception, achieving double-digit growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and innovation.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to take on this challenging role. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing financial guidance to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.
