Job Overview:
A Business Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive business solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solution design patterns, technical feasibility, and software development lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop solution designs aligned with industry guidelines and principles.
- Evaluate business requirements to inform solution direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guide business environment strategy.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
- Conduct impact analysis of projects on existing systems for new solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience as a Business Solutions Specialist or similar role in a financial services organization.
- Knowledge of architecture design patterns (Onion, Hexagonal, Clean), modelling, and architecture documentation.
- Experience with designing and building APIs in integration and exposure scenarios, considering security and performance requirements.
- Experience in developing highly scalable and distributed business-oriented solutions.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and other banking or financial technologies.
- Understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycle.
- Knowledge in Distributed Systems with Docker and Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with building asynchronous systems, messaging, event broker, and Event-Driven architecture.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
