About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Sailpoint Identity IQ and IdentityNow Developer, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining a Identity Access Management program using Sailpoint for large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and changes.
  • Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct regular audits.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to IAM.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with other IT teams for seamless integration and operation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and address issues in the IAM system.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of Sailpoint Identity IQ and IdentityNow developer experience.
  • Experience working with multiple enterprise level customers.
  • Strong background in SailPoint products, specifically implementations in Sailpoint Identity IQ and Sailpoint IdentityNow.
  • Strong communication and able to execute tasks independently.
  • Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityIQ Engineer Certification, SailPoint IdentityNow Certification, IdentityNow Professional Certification or IdentityNow Engineer Certification.
