Job Description

This position is a hybrid model in our São Bernardo do Campo unit. As a project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading medium-sized programs and projects of medium to high complexity. Your mission will be to ensure that the products/services are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the client and the company, aligned with the expected cost, schedule, and performance of the company.

  • You will represent the company to clients and partner companies in the project.
  • You will manage customer relations, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You will ensure that the Thales management system, which includes good practices, instructions, and activities described in process 5.2 PRJ - Manage Project, is put into practice during the execution of the project.
  • You will manage cross-functional projects by identifying critical points, risks, strategy, and prioritizing team efforts as necessary.
  • You will organize the project team and resources by identifying necessary knowledge and skills.
  • You will work closely with functional management to determine budget requirements and resource needs for projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree, preferably in engineering, business, or other related courses.
  • Experience in managing medium-sized, medium to high complexity projects, acting as a project manager.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of the Office package.
  • Knowledge of planning tools: MS project or others (Primavera).
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and its tools.
