Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of cloud migration and data projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and product owners to ensure a cohesive and efficient project delivery process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, ensuring they follow established protocols and best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Drive projects forward proactively, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in cloud migration and data projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in cloud migration, mobile applications, and data projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop project managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
