Job DescriptionAs an automated manufacturing equipment operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment to maintain optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other team members to set up machines according to established protocols.
- Maintain and load solder screen printers, operate LSM machines to check solder paste application, and enter data into quality control systems.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area by disposing of fallout parts and cleaning machines as needed.
- Monitor machine rejects to guarantee proper part sorting and daily runs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required;
- Six months to one year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary job-related certifications.
