Job Title: Data Architect Specialist

This is a remote opportunity for a seasoned Data Engineer to work with a leading client.

  • The role requires expertise in data integration, governance, and Azure tools.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in providing solutions for various integrations and data preprocessing.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions using Azure tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Databricks and ADF.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and security.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in Azure tool Stack (Databricks , ADF, Synapse Analytics)
  • Good to have experience with other Azure services Azure Functions, Event Grid, etc
  • Strong expertise in writing complex SQL and transformations.
  • Ability to write, review and examine code written in Python and PySpark
  • Proficient in Devops CI/CD (High level understanding)
  • Expertise in RDBMS
  • Fundamental knowledge of Data warehousing concepts
  • SQL & SQL Tuning within Data Lake (Delta Format)
  • Cost Optimizations
  • Azure Solution Architecture Experience (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
  • Tableau & PowerBI
