We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage company finances, run payroll and keep financial records up-to-date. This part-time (25 hours per week) Full Charge Accountant role requires expertise in QuickBooks & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for:

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Verify timesheet policy compliance, prepare bi-weekly payroll and manage PTO banks and benefit deductions.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage department expense approvals and process vendor invoices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
