Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will help clients achieve measurable business value by designing and adopting ServiceNow solutions.

  • Partner with sales teams to design and present platform solutions across various industries.
  • Translate client requirements into ServiceNow architectures, workflows, and implementation strategies.
  • Lead workshops and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
  • Deliver platform demonstrations and use-case presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leaders to build competitive proposals.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
  • Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps).
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, ITIL practices, and digital transformation.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one workflow.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, low-code/no-code app development, and integrations.
  • Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects.
