Corporate Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for several key areas of the month-end close process, including the preparation of monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.

1. Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile key balance sheet accounts, ensuring proper supporting documentation.
2. Perform and document month-end close procedures in accordance with internal control requirements.
3. Analyze and document Income Statement and Balance Sheet fluctuations on a monthly basis.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
5. Coordinate with teams across multiple departments and locations to obtain and distribute financial information.
6. Prepare audit documentation and key footnote disclosures as requested.
7. Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
8. Perform special projects and any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

1. A minimum of 3-4 years relevant accounting experience.
2. Graduated Public Accountant or about to finish the career.
3. Previous experience with cash reconciliations and/or consolidation is a plus.
4. Experience working at a shared service center is a plus.
5. Previous experience with ERP systems (Oracle/HFM/SAP) is a plus.
6. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
7. Excellent English language skills.
8. Ability to adhere to and meet internal and external deadlines.
9. Capability to prioritize workload and perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
